Management

General Manager - Toni Skinner
Having worked her way through college in hotels, Toni never really left the industry. She lived and worked in hotels in the United States, China, Thailand and Egypt and knows service from both sides of the counter.
The last hotel job she had was Executive Floor Manager for the Shanghai Hilton where she helped open the 700 room hotel in 1987 and is very excited to use the knowledge and skills from over 25 years with hotels for the Holiday Inn Express and Conference Center in Sequim. Some things, such as how to deliver consistent quality service are never forgotten.
Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager - Damian Humphreys
Born in Portsmouth, England, Damian brings over 25 years of International hotel and marketing experience to the Olympic Peninsula and believes that great customer service and delivering on promises are the key ingredients to success.
In charge of group sales, Damian works with individuals to ensure even the finest details are in place. "People generally don't organize big groups on a daily basis and it can become daunting. Sequim Quality Inn & Suites wants to take the pressure off you by helping with the smaller details."
Damian has twice been elected to serve on the Sequim & Dungeness valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and currently sits on the City's lodging tax committee in addition to being involved with many areas of community service.
Steve Kratz Maintenance - Supervisor
Steve Kratz was born and raised in Southern California. He’s a dad who spent four years in the military before being honorably discharged and moving to Sequim Washington. Steve is our very capable hotel Maintenance Supervisor and heads up the hotel’s safety committee.
Steve was instrumental in our Holiday Inn Express winning the Intercontinental Hotel Group’s safety award, one of only 14 Holiday Inn brand hotels to do so in the world. Steve enjoys his job and likes to visit the Railroad Bridge Park when he’s not busy at the hotel.
